The Sirius trawler, made of wood and polychrome lacquered metal, was handcrafted by Michel Aroutchef based on Hergé's design in "The Shooting Star."
This second version, produced in 1990 in a limited edition of only a few dozen, is one of the finest creations by the master sculptor of the Tintin universe.

In "The Adventures of Tintin and The Shooting Star," the "Sirius" belongs to Captain Chester, who lends it to Captain Haddock for his quest for the "Red Rackham's Treasure."
