R2-D2 est un droïde astromécano de série R2. Il participe à plusieurs conflits majeurs de la galaxie, notamment la Guerre des Clones du côté de la République Galactique, puis la Guerre Civile Galactique du côté de l'Alliance Rebelle.
Première apparition dans Star Wars, épisode IV : Un nouvel espoir sorti en 1977.
Le son fonctionne, mais la télécommande manque.
