BIOGRAPHIE
L'association Nyon-Jazz est fondée en 1975 par William Patry avec Luc Magnenat, Pierre Händle et Olivier Bally. Elle lance le festival "Nyon-Jazz" qui sera organisé de 1976 à 1986. La première édition a lieu à l'Aula du Collège de Nyon (avec Pascal Auberson, Hannibal, Marvin Peterson et le Sunrise Orchestra...). Le festival aura ensuite lieu dans la Salle communale et, en 1982, dans la nouvelle salle de concert de l'Usine à Gaz. Malgér cela, son déclin l commencera cependant dès 1984 et se terminera en 1986.
