Toujours à la pointe des dernières tendances, “Bon Génie - Seiden Grieder” engage le photographe Christian Coigny pour réaliser ses campagnes publicitaires de 1978 à 1993, à l'exemple de ces deux affiches photos des années 1980 qui invitent à l’évasion et au voyage, l’une pour la mode féminine, l’autre masculine.
Le Bon Génie ouvre son premier magasin en 1891 à Genève, puis en 1903 à Lausanne. Il est racheté en 1972 par la maison zurichoise Grieder (anciennement Seiden Grieder).
