Le "Deutscher Werkbund" est une association d'artistes, d'architectes, d'entrepreneurs et d'artisans, fondée en 1907 à Munich par Hermann Muthesius, Henry Van de Velde ou Josef Maria Olbrich parmi d'autres, pour promouvoir l'innovation dans les arts appliqués et l'architecture.
