La Chablisienne is a cooperative winery located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards in Burgundy. It has existed since 1923.
Inspired by Cappiello, Henri Le Monnier created a shimmering poster showing a woman in a golden dress, her train made of vine leaves, beaming at the world with a bottle of Grand Chablis in her hand.
To this day, she appears on the cooperative's wine labels.
Our work consists in safekeeping the artistic heritage of advertising that we consider as a sociological trace of the twentieth century civilization.
