Parmigiano Reggiano is the designation of origin of a spicy Italian cheese, called Parmesan in French. On this humorous poster, Achille Mauzan shows three judges with their wigs who put their olfactory reputation on the line to rule on the quality of Bertozzi Parmesan cheese.
This poster was such a popular success that the company printed it several times. It has become one of Achille Mauzan's most famous posters.
