Jacques Tatischeff, known as Jacques Tati, left his mark on the history of cinema with his poetic and humorous films, and with the creation of his character Monsieur Hulot!
French re-release in the 1980s of Jacques Tati's famous film ‘Mon Oncle’ (1958, My Uncle), his first film in colour. It won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 1959.
