It presented an image of luxury and ‘French class’, probably under the influence of the wife of the company's chairman, who was nicknamed ‘the most beautiful woman in Europe’.
It has been said that this elegant woman was also featured on another famous Chargeurs Réunis poster: René Gruau's ‘Relax’.
