Bitter Campari, 1921
The famous "jester" springing from an orange peel was designed in 1921 by Cappiello for the Italian aperitif brand Bitter Campari. The character was so popular that posters were printed in different sizes in the 1920s. Imagine this two-metre-high poster on a street corner... It wouldn't go unnoticed!
