Splendid Swiss Object poster by Peter Birkhauser for the "Bata" sandal, beautifully printed in stone-lithography in 1954 by Wassermann. Peter Birkhauser was one of the leader of the Basel School and the hyperrealism style, originally "SachPlakat" in German. A rare Swiss object poster from the golden age of the Swiss printers.

Bata is a shoes manufacturer founded in 1894 in Czechoslovakia.

Bata is now a worldwide shoe company.
