"Extremely rare May Milton poster by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, with the banjo-playing clown as a remarque in lower right corner printed in black. edition of 25, hand signed and numbered in blue crayon lower left, 3x known in Public collection" (Wittrock, Poster #17 variant A).Key stone printed in olive-green, colour stones in blue, red, yellow and black on one sheet of wove paper.This Proof with the bandjo player, is hand-signed and numbered 23/25 in blue crayon . The signature and the number are partly erased, but still visible. The poster was folded and has 4 holes in the corners, it was backed in the sixties. The colors are deep and bright. . . . SOLD
