Stanley Kubrick left his mark on film history despite a filmography limited to a dozen feature films.
Among them are "2001: A Space Odyssey" (1968), a parable about the evolution of humanity that anticipates the dangers of artificial intelligence, while "A Clockwork Orange" (1972) depicts a future society dominated by extreme violence.
