Niklaus TROXLER

(1947)

Niklaus Troxler is a Swiss graphic designer who studied Arts and Design in Lucerne. He worked as an art director in Paris in 1972 and later he established his own design studio in Willisau, Switzerland.
His posters cover mostly the theme of concerts evoking geometric silhouettes, nuances of Dadaism, Surrealism and Op Art. His work has been renowned internationally and exhibited at numerous museums (MOMA New York, German Poster Museum Hamburg’s Museum for Art and History etc.)
