Affichette promouvant la bande dessinée de science fiction " Carthage, Salammbô II", une adaptation du roman de Gustave Flaubert (1862), dessinée par Philippe Druillet entre 1980 et 1986.

Les aventures du célèbre héros Lone Sloane (alias Mathô) et de Salammbô, princesse de Carthage paraissent dans les magazines "Métal Hurlant" et "Pilote", puis seront éditées chez Dargaud et Albin Michel.

Druillet, fameux dessinateur français de bande dessinée de science fiction fonde " Métal Hurlant" en 1975 et la maison d'édition " Les Humanoïdes Associés" qui réunit les bédéistes SFFF (Science Fiction Fantasy and Fantastique) Moebius, Jean-Pierre Dion, Bernard Farkas and Philippe Druillet.
