South Africa President Krüger offering to his ennemy, the Queen Victoria of Great Britain, Dum Dum pils (against cough pills) but as a joke, Dum Dum means also kind of gun's bullet. A Funny poster by OGE, printed in stone lithography. The first version featured a real pils box instead of the bullets and was to promote the drug. This variant for "collectors" showing the bullets box without other text, has been prohibited. Extremely rare
