The famous Tortue by Niklaus Stoecklin. A Swiss Object poster for the "Pax insurance company, an unbreakable buckler", beautifully printed in stone-lithography in 1951 by Wassermann. Niklaus Stoecklin was the father of the Basel school and the hyperrealism style, also called "SachPlakat". A rare Swiss object style poster from the golden age of the Swiss printers still in excellent condition. A museum piece, highly collectable
