1 Guarantee of authenticity
Vintage posters, signs, enamels, and art from Galerie 123 (un deux trois), are original with guaranteed authenticity. The authenticity certificate is provided by Galerie 123 (un deux trois). Galerie 123 (un deux trois) pledges to conduct customer relationships with integrity and to the highest ethical standards.
2 Description
2.1 Poster’s condition
The following international codes are used to describe our posters: A+/ A / A- / B / C / D

2.2 Poster’s restoration and conservation mounting or backing.
The Galerie 123 (un deux trois) may sell posters restored only with reversible techniques and acid free materials. Posters are also mounted with reversible techniques and acid free materials, as following:
* On linen :Mounted on cotton-linen and acid free paper
* On soft linen :Mounted on cotton-linen and Japan paper
* On Japan:Mounted on a thin sheet of Japan paper
* Cardboard sign :Mounted originally on cardboard as in-store display
* Paper :Not mounted
2.3 Liability
The poster description is made as accurately as possible and to the best of the market knowledge. The Gallery cannot be held liable for omissions or errors into the description. The Gallery reputation is built on the customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2.4 Poster’s size
The size is indicated approximately in both centimeters and inches. (width x height). Please note that they are approximate measurements.
2.5 Poster’s printing technique
In our poster's description the following terms are used as printing technique:
•stone lithograph
•offset
•heliography
•serigraphy
•other techniques
In some cases, the exact printing technique cannot be exactly determined: it could be a mix of techniques. In case of doubt, the technique will be described as: "other technique".
2.6 Picture(s) and photography (ies)
The quality, color and definition of the pictures published in the Galerie 123 (un deux trois) website may change, depending on the customer screen settings, software, or other factors. It’s the responsibility of the customer to ask for the required information regarding true colors of the original poster.
3 Poster’s values
Poster values are in Swiss Francs - CHF, and can be converted into USD $, or EUROS. Poster values are subject to change without notice. To know the current value of a poster, the customer has to request an offer (ask for a quote).
4 Customer’s offer
The offer always includes: The name of the poster, and the graphic designer (if known), date (or circa), condition, mounting and price. Price validity : 2 weeks (without guarantee of availability)
5 Ordering instructions
The customer’s order must be made by phone, e-mail, mail or fax.
6 Payment
Credit Card online payment through Saferpay SIX Multipay (3D secure by Visa, Securecode by Mastercard and AmericanExpress). Charged in Swiss Francs. Money orders or bank transfer. Checks in Swiss Francs, Euros, US dollars and British Sterling. Postal payment is also possible in Switzerland. In Switzerland the 8% Swiss VAT Tax is already included in our prices. Galerie un deux trois accepts payment in CHF, US$ or Euros through Saferpay. The full payment is due before the shipment. All sales are final. Personal data will be handled confidentially by Saferpay, and transmitted through a secured connection.
7 Packaging
Professional poster packaging is included in the price. The poster (s) will be sent well packaged in hard cardboard tubes.
8 Shipment
Galerie 123 (un deux trois) currently uses FedEx for international shipments. Usually the shipping fee is paid by the customer; it will be added to the total cost of the purchase. Galerie 123 (un deux trois) will send your posters only after fully confirmed payment (saferpay confirmation). If the buyer has a FedEx (or any other carrier company) account, the parcel can be shipped through it. To proceed to the shipment, Galerie 123 (un deux trois) needs the following information: delivery address (if different from the billing address), zip code and phone number.
9 Insurance
If shipped by Fedex, posters are insured until delivery. In case of damage due to transportation, the buyer has to make the claim himself. He also has to ask the carrier company for a report and contact Galerie 123 (un deux trois) as soon as possible.
10 Customs
The customs fees, tax, and VAT are charged by the carrier directly to the buyer. Invoices and customs declarations are prepared and filled out by us as fully as possible. Some carrier companies might charge an amount for the customs clearance paper work. Galerie un deux trois is not responsible for any delay caused by custom clearance. Galerie un deux trois can not be held responsible for any customs fees, tax, VAT etc.
11 Poster’s holding and availability
The poster becomes the buyer’s property only when the confirmation of the payment has been notified to Galerie 123 (un deux trois). During the duration of the offer, Galerie 123 (un deux trois) cannot guarantee the availability until the buyer proceed to the payment. In most instances, Galerie 123 (un deux trois) has one sample of each poster. Despite our efforts, it may happen that one of the posters offered on this website is already sold, and is no longer available.
12 Return Policy
All sales are final: In case the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the Gallery offers a merchandise credit. In case of the return of a poster and only after the Gallery agreement , the customer is granted with a merchandise credit. Return shipment fee will be paid by the buyer. No cash return, except if Galerie 12 (un deux trois) has made a mistake in the poster condition report: in that case the buyer must advise Galerie 12 (un deux trois) within 3 days after delivery and ask for a return agreement before returning the poster.
